Synopsis
Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft roars to life as an animated action-adventure series that catapults the legendary Tomb Raider franchise into bold new territory. Voiced by Hayley Atwell, Lara Croft’s relentless pursuit of discovery continues, picking up where the acclaimed 2013 reboot trilogy left off—right after the events of Shadow of the Tomb Raider (2018).
Season One
Following the events of the Survivor series, Lara Croft has abandoned her friends to embark on increasingly more perilous solo adventures. But she must return home when a dangerous and powerful Chinese artifact is stolen from Croft Manor by a thief with an uncanny personal connection. Her daring pursuit will take her on an adventure around the world and to the depths of forgotten tombs, where she will be forced to confront her true self, and decide just what kind of hero she wants to become.
Episode 1: A Single Step
When a high-tech thief steals a mysterious jade artifact from Croft Manor, fearless archaeologist Lara Croft springs into action to retrieve it.
Episode 2: A Set of Lies Agreed Upon
Lara and Jonah follow the thief to a Chinese village and search for missing children. They make an interesting discovery in a grave.
Episode 3: Living Midnight
The vengeful mercenary Devereaux reveals the truth behind his hunt for the Danger Stones. Lara infiltrates the estate of a notorious warlord.
Episode 4: Big Lies, Small Secrets
Deep in the catacombs of Paris, Lara and Interpol agent Camilla Roth discover a mythical connection between the Danger Stones and the Knights Templar.
Episode 5: Whanaungatanga
After parachuting into Iran, Lara boards an express train and fights possessed passengers to free Jonah from Devereaux's clutches.
Episode 6: The Spirit Way
Lara receives an astrological clue and goes to the scene of an ancient battle, where, according to legend, the last Danger Stone is located.
Episode 7: Yinyang
Time is running out and Lara and Camilla desperately try to separate the danger stones from Devereaux, whose body is undergoing a monstrous transformation.
Episode 8: A Journey of a Thousand Miles
On the mystical Mount Kunlun, Lara faces the challenges of a goddess and a colossal new threat on her mission to save the world.
Season Two
When adventurer Lara Croft discovers a trail of stolen African Orisha masks, she joins forces with her best friend Sam to retrieve the precious artifacts. Lara's thrilling new adventure takes her around the globe as she delves deeper into the hidden secrets of Orisha history, dodges the machinations of a dangerous and enigmatic billionaire who wants the masks for herself, while discovering these relics contain dark secrets and a power that defies logic. Power that may, in fact, be divine.
