The New Game+ modes (that will be unlocked once the main games have been completed) allow you to revisit the stories with some serious twists to extend the life of the Remastered bundle.

Tomb Raider, Featuring Lara Croft
- Lara has all weapons from the start, but no unlimited ammo—1 clip for each weapon.
- All medi packs in the levels have been replaced with ammo.
- 72 crystals are back and are located in the same positions as in the PSX version.
- Crystals are the only save and healing points.
- The level skip and all weapons cheats do not work in New Game+.
- Enemies' health and attack values have been increased.
- The damage from obstacles and traps is lethal or nearly lethal.
Tomb Raider II, Starring Lara Croft
- Lara has all weapons from the start, with 2 clips each, 12 Harpoons, and no unlimited ammo.
- All medi packs in the levels have been replaced with ammo.
- Lara doesn't have any medi packs in her Inventory from the start.
- Items given when all 3 secrets are collected have been changed to medi packs.
- All cheats do not work in New Game+.
- Enemies' health and attack values have been increased.
- The damage from obstacles and traps is lethal or nearly lethal.
- Monks are aggressive from the start in Barkhang Monastery.
- Flares burn for 30 seconds.
Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft
- Lara has all weapons from the start, with 1 clip for each and no unlimited ammo.
- All medi packs in the levels have been replaced with ammo.
- 95 crystals are located in the same positions as in New Game.
- Crystals are collected into the Inventory and are the only items used to save the game and heal Lara.
- The Save Game menu also opens automatically when levels end, and Lara is healed to 100%.
- All cheats do not work in New Game+.
- Enemies' health and attack values have been increased.
- The damage from obstacles and traps is lethal or nearly lethal.
- Monkeys are aggressive from the start in Jungle.
- In High Security Compound, all weapons, ammo, and flares are lost forever. Crystals remain.
- Prisoners become aggressive after a certain point (from the start in Area 51).
- Australian soldiers are aggressive from the start in Crash Site.
- Flamethrower enemies are aggressive from the start in RX-Tech Mines.
- The number of wasps in the Lost City of Tinnos returns to the original—79.
- Spider Willard's movement speed is 10% faster.
