In the spirit of the 25th anniversary celebration of the franchise, in July, the month of Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness Crystal Dynamics collaborated with four super talented Lara-fans to bring you an array of unique box art reimaginations of Miss Croft's sixth big adventure while the "official" cover art redesign is going to be revealed later this year.
Box Art Redesign #1: Caleb Groves
Caleb Groves (Graphic Designer and Illustrator) drew inspiration from the dark and sinister tone from the game as well as the Gothic architecture and the Obscura paintings for this absolutely unique papercraft.

Box Art Redesign #2: João
João (Graphic Designer) focused on the game's gothic aesthetic and decided to go back to what made the original cover art so striking for this breathtaking piece: like the iconic blue fire, or the panorama at the bottom of Lara's figure.

Box Art Redesign #3: Nathan Johnson
Nathan Johnson (Graphic Designer) captured the game's chaotic feel and combined what makes AOD's art direction so unique, with the bright colours. He surely created something that feels grand and has the effect of a movie poster.

Box Art Redesign #4: Anastasia Ershova
Anastasia (Digital Artist) chose to paint one of the most memorable and mysterious places of the game: The Tomb of Ancients. In this wonderful art Lara is wearing her camo outfit with a vest and matching pants, wielding the Periapt Shard, and her trusty pistol while facing off with an enemy she doesn't know yet...
